Quality and Safety

Since 2002, a Quality, Hygiene, Safety and Environment specific department manages all the aspects of these activities within GNCAC.
 
1. Quality
 
GNCAC has the welding procedures (QMOS) allowing it to realize all the type of welding on all the carbon steels, according to the Baguette and TIG processes, as well as the common weldings on the stainless steel. These procedures respect the standard NF EN ISO 15614-1 (February, 2005 version).

All the welders intervening on the works have the necessary qualifications according to the standard NF EN 287-1 (July,  2004 version).
These qualifications are followed by the QHSE department of GNCAC and can be consulted at any time by the customers.
 
The GNCAC works respect the Quality specifications of its customers and integrate thus :
    - The realization of the studies and the calculation note approved before works,
    - Welding exercice book,
    - Traceability of the materials,
    - Follow-up and Recording of every operation and internal control,
    - Follow-up and Recording of the control's operations by the recognized organizations,
    - Realization Fine File of Business,
    - etc...
 
 
2. Safety
 
GNCAC sets up a Safety management system in order to answer of all the customers requirements in terms of HSE.
The textbook presenting the system can be given on demand.
Also, the dashboard indicating the Safety results since 2002 can be consulted at any time.
